If you are a British national competitor (Nationals, BUCS, Masters) I will be at the competition to look after you.

I started out coaching in University, coaching a few friends for fun. When their totals starting shooting up, and I started to see a strong community forming, I decided to pursue my passion for powerlifting further. Fast forward 5 years and I have coached athletes all the way from their first regional competitors to becoming World Champions, building some incredible relationships and seeing some amazing results along the way.
